ABOUT CHALK FARM GALLERY

The gallery opened in 1981 in a busy part of London known as Chalk Farm, hence the name!

An enviable reputation was soon established as the owner, Suhana Gibson, filled the four floor building with imaginative art in all mediums including glass, sculpture, paintings and exquisite jewelry by artists from all over the world with one thing in common-imagination and talent.

Chalk Farm Gallery was one of the first galleries to show the work of artists such as Jurgen Gorg, Roy Fairchild, Ted Nasmith and a host of others that have since become Internationally renowned.
After many years of traveling back and forth between the USA and London where Suhana found much of the spectacular artwork exhibited over the years , she finally won a green card in 2000 and decided to settle in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Santa Fe is a magical place with breath taking scenery and over 200 art galleries. Suhana first came here in 1976 and had always dreamed of opening a gallery here. The new gallery was opened in August of 2001 and quickly became „ a must visit‰ for everybody coming to Santa Fe. It is full of the same magical artwork but with additions like Brian Froud, Daniel Merriam, and Gil Bruvel.
